Governance NFT (LPN)	Records staking amount, period, determines ARK Power governance weight
Proposal Threshold	Each proposal requires ≥ 10,000 ARK Power; same address limited to one proposal per 7 days
Voting System	1 ARK Power = 1 vote, requires ≥10% participation, ≥60% approval to pass
Governance Phases	Draft period (24-48H) → Voting period (72H) → Public notice period (24H) → Delayed execution (Timelock)
AI Model	Predicts risks, simulates results, provides feedback and recommendations for each proposal
Multisig Governance (MGL)	Controls execution authority for high-risk modules (such as Treasury, Loan, Auction, etc.)
