Module Positioning: ARK's Central Asset Neural System

ATS (ARK Treasury System) is the "central nervous system" of the entire ARK economy—it connects nutrients, stores energy, regulates pressure, drives circulation, and manages core functions from bond issuance, burning, rewards, lending, and buybacks to governance resources.

Unlike traditional DeFi which views Treasury as a passive storage unit, ATS functions as a breathing dynamic asset hub.

Every deposit, LP deconstruction, and reward distribution undergoes ATS review and allocation, completing a triple transformation:
