RCM is the sustainable operation prediction hub of the Ark protocol, responsible for real-time calculation of the remaining support days of the Rebase Pool and estimating whether the protocol faces medium to short-term reward resource depletion risks.

When system lifespan is insufficient, RCM will issue instructions to the EM module, requesting adjustment of bond minting ratios, achieving synchronized replenishment through users' actual bond purchasing behavior.
