# IV. AI Model Warning Role

The AI in the MCL module does not make decisions, but executes warnings and governance recommendations:

* Daily monitoring of net asset value and minting supply ratio
* Determining whether current assets are excessively concentrated or declining
* If a "warning line (e.g., 90%)" is triggered, it automatically generates governance proposal drafts
* Adjustable parameters: Backing per ARK, Buffer Ratio, Trigger Alert %, etc.

The role of AI is to allow governors to anticipate asset boundaries early, avoiding systemic risks of "excessive minting → asset overdraft → consensus collapse."
