Max Mintable Supply = Treasury Assets / Backing per ARK

Example:

  • Treasury Assets = 10,000,000 USDT

  • Backing per ARK = 1.0 USDT → Max Mintable = 10,000,000 ARK

If the current supply is 9,950,000 → Remaining minting capacity is only 50,000 tokens

→ If EM plans to issue 60,000 tokens that day, MCL will forcibly adjust it to 50,000
