# VII. Module Design Philosophy

YRF's concept is not "immediate market protection" but "rhythm stabilization."

It does not act as a central bank providing emergency market rescue, but rather functions as a silent value manager, naturally executing scarcity recovery actions when the protocol operates smoothly and revenue is stable.
