# II. Mechanism Summary

* Regularly allocates a specific percentage (e.g., 30%) from the protocol's actual revenue as the buyback budget
* Triggers a buyback procedure on a daily or weekly schedule, placing orders to purchase ARK
* Immediately **burns** the purchased ARK after buyback, with transparent on-chain recording
* Does not activate based on price fluctuations, but executes steadily based on revenue and governance parameters

This module forms a bidirectional cycle mechanism with EM:

* EM: Expansionary currency issuance (with Premium as the judgment basis)
* YRF: Contractionary currency destruction (with revenue and allocation ratio as conditions)
