# IV. RBS Operational Flow

1. Update target price every Epoch
2. Check if market price falls within Cushion/Wall zones
3. Select execution based on deviation direction:
   * Low → Issue bonds, or ATS purchases ARK
   * High → Issue bonds for sale, or ATS releases ARK
4. After execution, update:
   * Report Treasury asset changes
   * Update the YRF distributable resource pool
