Based on the target price, establish:

**Wall Zone**: Extreme price intervention boundary

**Cushion Zone**: Non-aggressive guidance range

When the price deviates from the target range, the protocol automatically executes:

Bond issuance to absorb the market supply

Or protocol intervention to hedge buying/selling pressure
