# V. AI-Guided Execution

ARK's EM module supports AI participation in decision-making and regulation:

* The second-layer AI model conducts dynamic monitoring based on real-time data such as market behavior, price fluctuations, and capital flows
* And automatically generates adjustment recommendations for the minimum premium or base emission rate based on risk models
* During black swan events or major risk incidents, the AI model triggers a "cooling mechanism," dynamically reducing the issuance rate or even recommending suspension of EM

Result: This gives the protocol "semi-automatic monetary policy" capabilities, allowing it to adjust issuance rhythm according to environmental conditions without requiring human proposals.
