4.1 Overview

ARK's economic core is built on the central logic of "modular parameter control × value support mechanisms."

This layer's design doesn't rely on a single indicator or fixed policy, but instead operates through five dynamic regulation modules and two long-term economic support systems, collectively forming a protocol-based fiscal mechanism with self-regulation capabilities.

The objectives of this layer are:

  • To establish a stable issuance logic for the protocol currency (ARK);

  • To build a sustainable treasury system with market price support capabilities;

  • To reduce human decision-making intervention, enhancing automation and predictability of regulation;

  • To provide infrastructure for financial activities within the protocol such as lending, withdrawals, rewards, and penalties.

ARK's economic logic isn't built on simple supply-demand dynamics or emotions, but rather on institutionalizing governance parameters, automating rules, and algorithmizing risks.
