# Three-Layered Structure of ARK DeFAI

*"A true protocol should not have just one layer of logic, but rather be a layered self-evolving organism."*

If you view a nation as an organic life form, it would not consist of economy alone. It also needs consciousness and behavior, decision-making and dialogue, vision, and tools.

ARK DeFAI, as a prototype of on-chain civilization, not only reconstructs the economic logic of protocols but also expands it into a "governable, thinking, and applicable" three-layered institutional organism.

It is not merely a collection of stacked functions, but rather three nested and mutually reinforcing civilization layers.
